Rotate Circular Sequence Maps
SnapGene version 9.0 and later allows you to rotate the map view. For more details, see Rotate the Map View.
View Multiple Sequence Maps Simultaneously
In SnapGene 9.0 we provide a multifile Map view when multiple files are selected in the Project side panel. For more details, see Use the MultiFile Map and Info Views.
Side-by-Side Split View
In SnapGene 9.0 we have moved the Split view button to the top left and now provide a new "side by side" split view! For more details, see View a Sequence with a Split Window.
