How do I show or hide the Sequence Preview when hovering over the Minimap?
Show the Sequence Preview on Hover
By default SnapGene 9.0 and later will show a sequence preview of a file if you hover over the minimap when in Focus mode (see Focus on Region (aka Zoom).
To disable the display of the sequence preview follow the instructions below.
Open Preferences
Click menu SnapGene → Preferences (macOS) or menu Edit → Preferences (Windows or Linux), and select "Files & Tabs" in the sidebar.
Uncheck the option "Show sequence preview on minimap hover".
