How do I see a list of restriction fragment sizes in Enzymes view?
Open and View a Sequence of Interest
Open a sequence of interest.
If required, display the enzymes of interest, see Choose an Enzyme Set or Choose Enzymes Manually.
Switch to Enzymes view.
Hover over any enzyme row to see red markers indicating the cut positions on the minimap.
View the Restriction Fragment Sizes
Click on the disclosure triangle associate with the enzyme of interest to expand the row and show a graphical display of cut site locations and fragment sizes.
To see fragment sizes for all enzymes, hold down the option key (macOS) or ALT key (Windows, Ubuntu Linux) to expand or collapse all Enzyme rows in the table.
