In Enzymes view, the chosen enzyme set can be sorted by name, restriction site count or location, or distance from a selection.
Sort the Enzyme List
To sort the Enzymes view table by enzyme name, number of cut sites, or position of first site, click a column header.
Click the column header again to reverse the sort order.
Sort the Enzyme Set by Distance from Selection
To sort the enzyme set by restriction-site proximity to a DNA selection, first select a point or region in the sequence in Map view, Sequence view, or the minimap in Enzymes view.
Click the Sort button and choose Sort by Distance from Selection.
Sort the Enzyme Set Based on Enzyme Visibility
To sort the enzyme set based on Visibility, click the Sort button and choose Sort by Visibility.
