How do I show or hide a protein Minimap when in Sequence view?
About the Minimap
The minimap at the bottom of the window represents the full-length sequence. Region features associated with the sequence are shown on the Minimap.
You can click within the Minimap to select a region feature, or click-drag on the Minimap, and the corresponding selected region will be shown in the Sequence view panel.
The unshaded (white) area in the Minimap (marked by red horizontal line) corresponds to the sequence range visible in the Sequence view panel.
Show or Hide the Minimap
When viewing a protein file in Sequence view, click Display and toggle the option to "Show/Hide Minimap".
