View Primer Tooltips

Hover over a primer in Map, Sequence or Primers view to see a tooltip summarising key information about the primer.

The tooltip includes:

1. Primer name, arrow depicting orientation and color.
2. Primer Length, %GC, and molecular weight.
3. Description information (if present).
4. Warning banner if the primer binds in multiple locations.
5. Binding position of annealed bases, length of annealed region, and estimated melting temperature (Tm).
