How can I change the visibility of a primer?
Select a Primer
Click on a primer to select it in Map, Sequence, or Features view.
Hide the Primer
To hide a selected primer that is visible, click Primers → Show or Hide Primers → Hide Selected Primer.
If multiple primers are selected, you can use Primers → Show or Hide Primers → Hide All Primers to hide all at once.
Alternatively, in Map, Sequence or Primers view, right click on the primer and use the contextual menu to Hide Primer.
Show the Primer
To show a hidden primer, switch to Primers view.
Hidden primers will be "grayed out" in the Primer list (1) and will be marked by a "visibility" icon (2).
To make hidden primers visible in all views, use one of the following options:
1). Click the empty check box to the left of one or more primers, then click Actions → Show Selected Primers. Alternatively, choose menu Primers → Show or Hide Primers → Show Selected Primer/s.
2). CTRL-click or right-click on the feature row and choose → Show Primer.
3). For any primer, click the visibility icon to the right to toggle visibility on or off.
Toggle Primer Display Using the Side Toolbar
In Map or Sequence view, toggle the "Show primers" button in the side toolbar to hide or show all primers that are set as visible in Primers view.
