How do I make Hide or Show SnapGene file extensions?
Open Preferences
Click menu SnapGene → Preferences (macOS) or menu Edit → Preferences (Windows or Linux), and select "Files & Tabs" in the sidebar.
Uncheck the option "Show File Extensions".
File extensions will be hidden in the Project side panel, in tab headers and in other locations.
