How do I update the Name and contact email address associated with my SnapGene Registration?
Open Preferences
Click menu SnapGene → Preferences (macOS) or menu Edit → Preferences (Windows or Linux).
Select "General" in the sidebar.
To disable checking for updates, uncheck the box labeled "Check for updates".
Click the Update button to edit your name or email address.
Revise your name or email address in the "Contact Information" dialog.
The email associated with your registration is available to the license administrator via the SnapGene MyAccount page. Note that revised contact information may take up to 24 hours to update on the MyAccount page.
