How do I print, copy or save the gel and/or fragment list?
Create a Gel and Export the Gel Data
Create an agarose gel as described here – Create an Agarose Gel.
- Choose menu File → Print to print the gel, or alternatively, use the Print button on the top toolbar. Use the "Print Inverted Gel..." option to use less printer ink/toner.
- Right click (or CTRL-click) in the gel, and from the dropdown choose to copy the image to the clipboard, or export the image to a file.
- Right click (or CTRL-click) in the Lane list, and from the dropdown choose to copy the list as text to the clipboard, or export the list to a text tile.
- When exporting to an image, use the dropdown to set the image file format.
