Save an Agarose Gel

How do I save an agarose gel in SnapGene?

SnapGene 6.0 and later allow you to save agarose gel files.

Create a Gel

Create an agarose gel as described in Create an Agarose Gel.

Click File → Save, or click the Save button on the top Toolbar to save the gel to an appropriate location on your computer.
