How do I convert an RNA sequence to a DNA sequence?
Open, Import or Create an RNA File
Open, import or create an RNA file in SnapGene.
Convert to DNA
Click Actions → Make DNA.
Choose whether to create double-stranded or single-stranded DNA, then click OK.
Save the new DNA file to an appropriate location on your computer.
