Create CRISPR Guides or Open a File with CRISPR Guides
To learn how to find and add CRISPR guides to a target sequence, see Find CRISPR Sites on a Sequence.
View the file with CRISPR guides, and switch to the CRISPR view.
Click Actions → Export to TSV.
Choose where to save the exported file, and if required edit the name for the exported file.
View the Exported File
View the exported file in a text editor or import the file into software that handles .tsv format.
