How do I export an alignment in a different file format?
View an Alignment and Export
Create, import or open an alignment in SnapGene.
Then click File → Export → Alignment.
Use the dropdown to select an export format.
If required, enter an appropriate name for the new file.
Click Save to save the exported file to an appropriate location on your computer.
