How do I export a protein sequence in an alternative format?
View a Protein Sequence and Export
Create, import or open a protein sequence file in SnapGene.
Click File → Export → Protein.
Click the dropdown to choose an format for export.
If required, enter a name for the new sequence file.
Click Save to save the exported file to an appropriate location on your computer.
