How can I designate a Main Collection?
In SnapGene 7.0 we introduced the new Project browser, see Use the SnapGene Project Interface. Collections are not being developed further and will be removed from a future version of SnapGene.
We recommend you use the Project browser to manage and work with your files.
In SnapGene 7.0 and later Collections functionality is hidden by default. To show and use Collections functionality see Show Hidden Collections Functionality (SnapGene 7.0 and later).
