How do I show or hide the SnapGene "Focus on Region" (Previously Zoom) controls?
Show the Focus on Region Controls
In SnapGene 8.1 the Focus on Region button has been reinstated for sequences over 10,000 bp in length. You can still access the "Focus on Region" controls for any length sequence via menu View → Focus on Region, or using keyboard hot keys
To show or hide the "Focus on Region" controls, click View → Zoom Controls.
Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut, command-option-+ (macOS), CTRL-ALT-+ (Windows & Linux) to show or hide the "Focus on Region" controls.
The Zoom controls will appear at the bottom of the Map View.
