How can I choose the translation letter code format shown in Sequence view?
Choose 1- or 3-Letter Amino Acid Codes
Click the Display button and choose "Use 3-letter amino acid codes" button to change the translation letter code format from 1-letter to 3-letter codes.
Review the Letter Codes
To review the protein letter code abbreviations, click Tools → Letter Codes.
Alternatively, mouse over the amino acid letter code to see a tooltip with the full name of the amino acid, the position of the amino acid in the ORF, and details of the predicted CDS and gene product.
