How can I see translations for predicted ORFs or reading frames on my sequence?
Show or Hide Translations and ORFs
To show or hide predicted open reading frames (ORFs) or reading frames, click the "Show Translations" button in the side toolbar.
In Map view Top-strand (forward) ORFs are highlighted in orange, and bottom-strand (reverse) ORFs are highlighted in green.
Set the Criteria for ORF Prediction
Use the drop down in the side toolbar and choose Translation Options. Alternatively, click menu View → Translation Options.
In the dialog that opens, set the criteria for ORF prediction, then click OK.

View the Translated Sequence
In Sequence view, translations of predicted ORFs and reading frames will also be highlighted, top-strand (forward) translations are highlighted orange and bottom-strand (reverse) translations are highlighted in green.
Hover the cursor over any amino acid in the predict ORF to see details of the predicted translated product.
Change the Translation Options
Use the drop down in the side toolbar to select how translations are displayed.
Choose to show predicted "ORFs only", or show the translations for specific reading frames, or combinations of reading frames.
