How do I manage custom Feature Types in SnapGene?
Custom Feature Types can be used in SnapGene 6.0 and later.
Manage Feature Types
Click Features → Manage Feature Types.
Click the dropdown and choose to show only "Custom Feature Types". A list of all custom Feature Types will be displayed.
Add a Custom Feature Type
Click the Add button to add a new Custom Feature Type. See the lesson Create a Custom Feature Type for more information.
Edit a Custom Feature Type
Select a Feature Type in the list and click Edit. See the lesson Create a Custom Feature Type for information on editing custom Feature Types.
Delete a Custom Feature Type
To delete a feature Type, select a Feature Type in the list and click Remove.
