How do I show a double stranded (dsDNA) sequence as the reverse complement?
Reverse Complement a Sequence
To display the reverse complement of a dsDNA sequence and associated features click View → Flip / Reverse Complement.
Click File → Save to save the sequence file in the reverse orientation.
