How do I show or hide restriction site or primer coordinates on a map?
Click on the Show Locations button
In Map view, ensure "Show Enzymes" and/or "Show Primers" are toggled on.
Toggle the "Show Locations" button in the side toolbar to show or hide the coordinates of all enzyme cut sites† and/or primer binding sites.
† Restriction enzyme site coordinates refer to the upstream 3' nucleotide of the top strand after digestion
