SnapGene does not have tools for building phylogenetic trees or for displaying tree files.
SnapGene can create multiple alignments that can be exported and used as input for phylogenetic analysis using other software, for example, Geneious Prime, or MEGA.
To export alignments, create or open a SnapGene Alignment file and click File → Export → Alignment and choose from one of the available alignment formats.
