How do I batch-convert multiple sequence files to a new format?
Start the Batch Conversion Tool
Click File → Batch Convert File Format.
Click Choose Files to Convert... to select the files for conversion.
Select one or more sequence files, then click Open.
You can convert from any SnapGene-compatible sequence format, see Convert File Formats for a list of compatible formats.
Set the Format and Output Location
Click the "Output Format:" dropdown and choose the desired output format.
Click the Browse button to choose where to save the new converted files.
Convert the Selected Files
Click Convert Files to perform the file format conversion.
The converted files will be saved to the specified destination.
