How do I export Protein Property Information?
Open a Protein File
Open or import a protein file.
View the Properties
Switch to Properties view to view the predicted protein properties. See Show Protein Properties to learn more about Protein Properties.
Export the Properties to a File
Click File → Export → Properties, or → Amino Acid Composition, or → Properties and Amino Acid Composition to export the Properties as a comma-delimited, tab-delimited, or plain text file.
Name the exported file. Use the Format: dropdown to set the export format.
Choose a location to save the file, then click Save.
View the Exported File
Open and view the file in a text editor or in Excel or similar.
To quickly export the properties, or copy the properties to the clipboard, right-click or CTRL-click in the Properties view window and choose to Copy to the clipboard, or to Export to export to a file
