As the account manager, how can manage my license and share it with other members of my group?
Go to the Login Page
You must be the account manager for the SnapGene license.
Go to snapgene.com, and click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner.
Enter the email address and password for the account manager.
The original password was sent in an email immediately after purchase. If you have lost the password, click Forgot Password? to obtain a new password by email.
A list of all SnapGene licenses purchased by the account manager will be displayed.
Click on a license title to view the license details.
Manage a SnapGene Account: Dashboard
The initial license view shows the "Dashboard". The "Dashboard" view allows you to:
1. Purchase further activations for new users of the license.
2. Download installers for the most recent version of SnapGene able to be used with the license.
3. Copy a customized download link to share with other users of the license.
Click on the Copy button associated with the link to copy the address to the clipboard. Share the copied address with others via email or other messaging services.
Manage a SnapGene Account: Activations
Click "Activations" to switch to the Activations view. This view allows you to manage current activations and blacklisted computers. See Unregister a Computer Remotely and Reactivate a Blacklisted Computer for more information on managing license activations.
Manage a SnapGene Account: Settings
Click "Settings" to switch to the Settings view. Use the field provided to specify a valid email to allow other trusted users to manage the license subscription.
Click Remove to remove users from the admin role.
Change Your Account Preferences
Click "My Account" in the top left corner of the window and choose "Preferences".
Use the Preferences page to change your account password, or change the email address associated with the account.
Sign Out from Your Account
When you are finished, click "My Account" in the upper right corner and choose Sign Out".
